Regina Jennings is a Washington, DC native. She was a faithful member of Grace Covenant Church in Chantilly, Virginia before accepting the call to be a part of the plant team for Rise Community Church. She has led our Hospitality Team and now leads our Deacons and Care Team. She also serves as a teacher in Leadership 215 and other biblical foundational classes.
My work is not just a job—it’s a calling. I wake up every day excited to serve with authenticity, joy, and hope. As I continue to grow, I remain open to learning from those around me, knowing that true leadership comes from humility and listening. I’ve seen how small acts of kindness can create a ripple effect, and I strive to be a catalyst for that kind of change.
Mentorship and discipleship have also become essential parts of my journey, allowing me to pour into others as others have poured into me. I cherish the moments when I can help someone find their voice, step into their purpose, or simply feel seen. Ultimately, my mission is to reflect love in action and bring light into every space I enter.
