Debora, a Deacon at Rise Community Church, plays a vital role in overseeing the well-being of our members and regular attendees. She actively engages with them, offering compassionate care and addressing their diverse needs. Debora also actively participates in various ministries, including Rise Singles, Worship, and Prayer. Furthermore, she teaches discipleship classes and provides essential administrative support services.
My work is not just a job—it’s a calling. I wake up every day excited to serve with authenticity, joy, and hope. As I continue to grow, I remain open to learning from those around me, knowing that true leadership comes from humility and listening. I’ve seen how small acts of kindness can create a ripple effect, and I strive to be a catalyst for that kind of change.
Mentorship and discipleship have also become essential parts of my journey, allowing me to pour into others as others have poured into me.
