Karen Ellis serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Rise Community Church, where she
provides strategic leadership and oversight to support the church’s mission and daily operations.
With a strong foundation in organizational management and a passion for ministry, Karen plays a vital role in building healthy systems, leading teams, and helping the church function with excellence and purpose. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education from Liberty University. She has been married to Reggie Ellis for 24 years, and they have two children, Daniel (23) and Ava (19).
