Reggie Ellis currently serves as an Associate Pastor and Creative Arts Pastor, bringing over 25 years of ministry experience with a heart for worship, leadership, and discipleship. For 15 of those years, he served as the Multi-Campus Worship Director at Grace Covenant Church, overseeing worship across multiple campuses.
Reggie holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Cyber Security. He has been married to Karen for 24 years, and they have two children: Daniel, 23 (serving in the Army), and Ava, 19 (attending college).
My work is not just a job—it’s a calling. I wake up every day excited to serve with authenticity, joy, and hope. As I continue to grow, I remain open to learning from those around me, knowing that true leadership comes from humility and listening. I’ve seen how small acts of kindness can create a ripple effect, and I strive to be a catalyst for that kind of change.
Mentorship and discipleship have also become essential parts of my journey, allowing me to pour into others as others have poured into me. I cherish the moments when I can help someone find their voice, step into their purpose, or simply feel seen. Ultimately, my mission is to reflect love in action and bring light into every space I enter.
